| Igniter coil fails to glow | Check wire connections. Replace batteries. Replace igniter coil, if necessary |
| Water in kerosene or poor quality kerosene | Drain tank. Install new wick. Refill with fresh, clean No. 1-K kerosene |
| Cause | Solution |
| Heat chamber tilted or improperly seated | Move wire handle until heat chamber is properly seated and moves smoothly left and right |
| Wick is set too high | Reduce wick height by turning wick adjuster knob counterclockwise |

Tips" Still not working properly? Try the dry burn a second time. Still bad, order a new wick from Manning's. |

| Fuel is contaminated with gasoline or other highly flammable material | IMMEDIATELY shut off heater. Inspect all components for damage. Drain fuel tank and rinse with fresh, clean kerosene. Install new wick and fill tank with fresh, clean No. 1-K kerosene |
