US Money Orders, C.O.D.s add $9.00, Personal Check orders are held for two weeks before shipping items, to allow check(s) to clear bank. Indiana Residents add 6% Sales Tax.
We do not have a minimum order, but we do have a minimum shipping and handling fee of $6.00 per order.
We do not normally give discounts for retail orders. However, we will discount orders of 10 or more heaters to community and non-profit groups. Call for details.
Orders received by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time normally depart our warehouse the same day.
Orders received after that time will be shipped out with next scheduled UPS PICK-UP.
UPS ground service is usually the carrier. If special delivery service is required, this must be requested at time order is given to Sales Desk. We are unable to guarantee length of delivery time once carrier departs our dock. Inspect all deliveries for carton or merchandise damage before carrier departs. If damage is suspected, indicate "DAMAGED" when you sign for the merchandise. Keep goods and notify the carrier and us immediately. We will further instruct you. A 20% restocking charge, plus all freight charges will be applied to all refused shipments. You will be invoiced for these charges. No orders can be returned after 30 days.
A $25.00 CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED ON ALL RETURNED CHECKS.
Returns sent C.O.D. will not be accepted. MSI will not be responsible for any return or exchange shipping fees. A 20% restocking charge, plus all freight charges will be applied to any returned merchandise. You will be invoiced for these charges. No orders can be returned after 30 days. All returns must have a “Return Authorization” and be in the original box and factory packing.
Notification of defects, errors or shortages on orders must
be made within thirty (30) days from date of invoice. No credit or exchange
will be made until we receive the merchandise back. New or FSR heaters may not
be returned if kerosene has been put in heater or cooker, unless it has a
factory defect. If return is due to shipping error or product defect, no
restocking charge will be charged to your account. Sengoku heaters
(HeatMate/KeroHeat) must be handled through Sengoku for warranty.
Be sure to order by TOYOSTOVE / KERO-SUN and NORTHERN LIGHT part numbers. Ordering by heater name and model number will not only delay processing of shipment, but may lead to errors in shipment.
Our part numbers are solely for identification for shipping and billing purposes.
